Elizabeth Mitchell graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in 2009, completing a 750-hour-intensive curriculum. Beth takes a whole body approach to her work, and has since expanded treatment options to help focus on not only the physical pain clients express, but also how that discomfort may be affecting other areas of their body and lives.

Since graduating from Cortiva, she has pursued a broad spectrum of continuing education classes, including Oncology and Hospice Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, specific anterior neck techniques and lumbopelvic techniques to help clients with low back or hip discomfort.  For clients who may be looking for a more relaxing massage, Beth is also trained in Reflexology and Reiki I and II.

Beth has worked in both clinical and spa settings, using her years of experience and client interaction to broaden her knowledge of massage. She feels great compassion for her clients and receives tremendous satisfaction by helping them to resolve pain and lead fuller lives.
